Delete your Away End account

In the app

1. Open Away End and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

On this page

1. Sign in below with the email address, Google account or Apple account you use for Away End.
2. Confirm, and your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile, including your username and club
• Your ground passport: every entry, visit, note and photo
• Your profile badges
• Messages, feedback and ground suggestions you've sent from the app
• The device tokens we use to send you notifications, and any notifications waiting to be sent

What we keep, with your name taken off

• Your votes on pubs and venues. We keep the vote with nothing linking it to you, so the rankings other fans see stay accurate.
• Away day plans you made. We keep the plan and its routes with nothing linking them to you.

If you claimed a waitlist reward

We keep a record that your reward code was used, so it can't be used again. The record includes the email address you joined the waitlist with and the username you claimed on. If we refunded you through Google Play, we keep that refund record too.

Records of Away End Plus purchases, refunds and rewards are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
