We're excited to share that our SAFT (Stranding At Full Time) research was picked up by The Mirror over the weekend.
The piece — Sky Sports and the EFL urged to act amid warning away fans are being 'squeezed' — explored how thousands of football fans are regularly left with no viable way home after full-time, especially when fixtures are moved for TV. It’s a problem our research aims to highlight, and we’re pleased to see it reaching a wider audience.
We’re continuing to dig into the data, engage with league and broadcasters, and push for better transport planning around fixtures. Thanks to everyone who's supported the work so far.
